Simmered pumpkin

かぼちゃの煮付け

1. Peel the pumpkin, scrape out the seeds and cut it randomly in 3-5cm pieces.

2. Put the pumpkin into a deep pot. Add soy sauce and honey. Pour water to almost cover the pumpkin. 

3. Simmer on low heat until liquid is half. 

4. Season with chives.
