Potato Stir Fry (炝炒土豆丝)

1. Cut 2-3 potatoes into thin sticks and soak in water for 10-15 minutes.

2. Heat sesame oil 3tbs and a bit of dried chili till smoke come out and add well-drained potatoes.

3. When potatoes become translucent, add vinegar 3tbs, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper and mix well. Don’t overcook. Toothsome quality coriander goes well.
