Can I pick up a purchase in a store?

How do I return something?
You can return unworn items in new condition for a refund within 15 days of their original ship. Please click here to see our full returns policy.
Does OUT TO LUNCH provide return labels?
We do not provide return labels. You’re free to ship your return to us via any major carrier or post office, but the cost of return shipping is not included. Please make sure that you have a tracking number for your return shipment.
When will my order be shipped?
We do our best to process your order in the same day (if it is a week day), but please allow up to 3 business days for shipping confirmation.
Does OUT TO LUNCH ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide, which varies by destination. Note that international shipments do not include import duties or customs fees.
When does OUT TO LUNCH restock products?
We don’t restock most of our products but we do repeat best sellers. If you click in the option “send e-mail when back in stock”, you will be noticed upon arrival.
Is OUT TO LUNCH hiring?
We are always interested in receiving CVs. If you have sales, marketing, finance or logistics skills or are interested in an internship, you’re welcome to send a copy of your resume and cover letter to firstname.lastname@example.org.
My tracking number states that my package has been delivered but I haven’t received anything yet, what should I do?
Please allow 24-48 hours after the stated delivery time, since sometimes packages are scanned early or accidentally delivered to a neighbour. If your package has still not been located after the above time period, feel free to contact us for assistance at email@example.com.
